Reminders:
- Please be mindful that the streets of Wenzel Park are also walking and biking pathways for the many Wenzel kids and pets. Please treat our streets like a school zone and keep speed below 20 MPH.
- Garbage day is on Thursday. Please have garbage, recycling and yard debris bins off of the street by Thursday afternoon. Preferably, all bins should be stored out of the view of the street.
- Please be courteous by keeping your pets on a leash and please pick up your pet’s waste and dispose of it in your home garbage bin.
- Please keep street parking to a minimum. Overnight parking should be in your driveway or garage.
- Please maintain your lawn and shrubs in an attractive manner (weeded, mowed and edged)
Street Sweeping: The City of Happy Valley provides street sweeping service to Wenzel Park twice monthly (weather permitting). Unfortunately, there is no set schedule so please try to park vehicles off the street in your driveways or garages as much as possible. Please remove garbage and recycling cans from the curb promptly.
FACEBOOK Wenzel Park Neighborhood Forum: The forum is a closed Facebook group. You need to have a facebook account to join. In the search box type, “Wenzel Park Neighborhood Forum” and you will be accepted into the group by one of the administrators.
If you would like to submit a story or photos to be posted on the website please contact the HOA Secretary/Webmaster. All stories and photos will be posted to the site at the discretion of the HOA Board.
